RSYC Autumn Clay Pigeon Shooting

We are once again organizing a club clay pigeon shoot with Gerry Short at Atherfield, and hopefully some of you ‘Hot Shots and lesser shots’ will come and support this event.
The format is as for previous such days we assemble at the club shooting grounds at Atherfield at about 0930hrs for a prompt start at 1000hrs.
Each individual will shoot 80 clays over 8 stands. There is room for 20 guns and thus we will be split into 2 teams. A prize will be awarded to the winning team and to the best shot of the day, no doubt of a liquid kind.
Lunch will consist of the following :

Wine is not included.
The total cost for the day is £50.00, the clay element being £35.00 and lunch £15.00.
A poster will be put up on the club notice board in the foyer. If you would like to participate please put your name down. If you are unable to visit the club before the event, but would like to take part, please telephone the office.
If you wish to bring your partner to the lunch, no problem. Enter their name down for lunch only and the cost will be £15.00.
I estimate that lunch will commence at about 1430hrs.The club has to settle with the shooting ground on the day, so advance payments are always appreciated, otherwise your card will be debited in the normal way.
I look forward to seeing you on the day. Once we have 20 guns, there will be a reserve list put up.
