Pilates

Tuesday 3 March

Sign up for this gentle Pilates class working on core stability, flexibility, weight bearing exercises and balance. The focus of this class will be on gentle mobility for all the joints to maintain and improve your flexibility. 

2020 weekly classes will start on Tuesday 3rd March 2020, 9.00am to 10.00am.
