The evening will feature all the usual elements of a night with the great Scottish poet including the Selkirk Grace\, address to and cutting of the haggis before a traditional hearty feast of Cullen Skink Soup followed by Haggis Wellington\, Neeps and Tatties with a Wee Dram.
