Online entry closes at midnight on Sunday 16th August 2026, but social bookings may still be made during Folkboat Week, subject to availability.
Moorings
If you need a Yarmouth Harbour mooring for a Folkboat or a Nanny Boat for the seven nights of Folkboat Week, please book this in advance via the RSYC online booking form by midnight on Sunday 16th August 2026.
The following moorings are available to book online for seven nights during Folkboat Week (midday on Saturday 22nd to midday on Saturday 29th August):
- Over 7.5m to 9m: £269.50
- Over 9m to 10.5m: £322.00
- Over 10.5m to 12m: £360.50
- Over 12m to 13.5m: £420.00
All moorings must be vacated by midday on Saturday 29th August 2026.
Note that boats will be rafted up over the weekend and nanny boats might not be moored alongside their race boats.
The mooring fee includes a free Harbour taxi service for any non walk ashore moorings.
Yarmouth Harbour requires that all vessels must navigate under engine power when entering or leaving the harbour. Sailing within the inner harbour is strictly prohibited.
Electricity hook up is available on a pay-as-you-go basis using the harbour’s app. For more information, please click here.
There are 24 hour loo & shower facilities situated outside of the harbour office on the west side adjacent to the quay, no code required for entry.

Edit your Booking
To add social tickets to an existing online booking, please log-in to your member/guest account and then click on the ‘Book additional tickets’ link at the bottom of your original booking confirmation email.
Please note that there will be no refunds for cancelling or amending any part of your booking or in the event that the event is cancelled by the organisers for whatever reason.

Racing
To view the Notice of Race click here.
Sailing Instructions will be issued by Saturday 1st August.
So it is possible to get your boats home and you and your crew to return to the RSYC for 1800 we are only holding one race on the final day, Friday 28th August.

Social Events
Registration will take place at the 18:00 Welcome Drinks on Saturday 22nd August.
Please specify all dietary requirements in advance.
The dress code for social events at the Royal Solent is smart/casual.
Online entry closes at midnight on Sunday 16th August and bookings may no longer be edited online after this time. Social bookings may still be made during Folkboat Week, subject to availability.

As in previous years, the final drinks & dinner on Friday 28th August have been brought forward to start at 18:00 to allow people to catch the last ferry back to Lymington at 21:50.
