In the Spring and Winter the Club sends out the following key administrative information to all members, most of which may also be accessed via the secure Member Area on this website:
Spring Mailings
At the end of March a postal mailing is sent to all members containing the following:
- Membership Cards
- Summer Programme
- Secretary’s Letter
In addition, in the run up to the April AGM, the following information is emailed to members (or posted to those without email):
- AGM Calling Notice
- Draft Minutes of the last AGM
- Voting Forms (not applicable to Overseas Members, Honorary Members & Members under the age of 18)
Winter Mailings
From October to February, the following information is emailed to members (or posted to those without email):
- Notice of Membership Subscription Rates for the following year (by 31st October)
- Membership Subscription Invoice (In November)
- Parking Form (In November)
- Commodore’s Note re Goodwill Fund (In November)
- Club Mooring & Dinghy Park Request Form (In February)
