RSYC Annual General Meeting

This year's Royal Solent Yacht Club AGM will be held in the Solent Room on
Saturday 15th April 2023 at 1100 hours.
In line with Rule 13.2, a list of the Flag Officers and General Committee members due to stand down at the AGM was posted on the notice board and emailed to Members on 11th January 2023. To view this email please click here. Nominations for elections to fill vacant posts must be delivered to the Secretary by 3rd March 2023.
The AGM Calling Notice, Voting Form and 2022 AGM Draft Minutes will be emailed to members by 24th March 2023 and will also be available via the secure Member Area on this website. Hard copies will also be available via the front office.
If any member would like to raise a question at the AGM this will be possible at the end of the meeting. To enable your questions to be properly addressed at the AGM, please submit them to the Secretary at least 2 weeks before the AGM.
