First Aid Course

The British Red Cross will be running a First Aid Workshop at the Royal Solent on the First Monday
of the month. The course is free of charge and will run from 10:30am - midday. No previous experience/knowledge is needed to take the course.
The course will cover the following topics:
- Past knowledge
- Bystander Effect
- Unresponsive & breathing
- Unresponsive & not breathing
- AEDs
- Broken bones
- Head injury
- Heart Attack
- Stroke
