Terms of Entry
As specified in the Terms & Conditions, there will be no refunds for cancelling or amending any part of your booking, except in the event that your class is under subscribed and cannot race or in the event that the Regatta is cancelled for whatever reason.

Yarmouth Harbour Moorings
All moorings in Yarmouth Harbour for both Friday and Saturday nights* must be booked in advance via the Regatta online booking form on the Royal Solent Yacht Club’s website. Please also book your tender or accommodation vessel at the same time.
Walk ashore moorings with electric hook-up will be available to book online when you enter the regatta – please do bear in mind that they sell out very quickly!
Boats may take up their moorings from midday on Friday and an extension to 5pm on Sunday is included to enable sailors to attend the Prize Giving at the RSYC.
Please note that boats will be rafted up over the weekend and nanny boats might not be moored alongside their race boats.
The mooring fee includes a free Harbour taxi service for any moorings that aren’t walk ashore.
Your mooring after racing may be different to the one you vacated in the morning, it may also be a swing mooring outside the harbour.
*If you wish to book additional nights to Friday and Saturday, or fewer nights, please book these direct with the harbour (tel. 01983 760321) and mention that you are taking part in the RSYC Contessa Regatta.

Race Management
There will be one Committee Boat start line and one Committee Boat finish line.
Contessa Gin
To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Contessa, which started with the launch of the Contessa 26 in 1966, Jeremy Rogers boatyard is launching a bespoke Gin, appropriately named, Contessa Gin. All boat entries will receive a free bottle. Early Bird entries before 13 May will have their free bottle personalised with the name of their boat.
Contessa Gin is made in collaboration with a local company Eight Two O Spirits and is packed with botanicals sourced from the New Forest.

RSYC Contessa Regatta entrants are granted a number of complimentary tickets for the Louis Jadot Drinks Reception on Friday evening – two tickets for each non-racing Contessa (whatever size boat), three tickets for each Contessa 26 & 28, five tickets for Contessa 32, seven tickets for Contessa 35+. Further tickets are available to purchase at £10 per person through the RSYC website.
Please book all your meal requirements in advance – Friday Supper (£20.95) and Saturday Supper (£22.95), as well as the Sunday afternoon pizza van (from £8.00 per pizza).
Vegetarian options are available by advanced request. Please specify any dietary requirements at the time of booking your tickets.
The dress code for all social events is smart/casual.
