This year’s AGM will be held at the Club at 11:00am on Saturday 18th April 2026.

The Calling Notice, voting form and draft minutes of the 2025 AGM have now been distributed to members and can be viewed via the secure ‘Members’ area of this website. Hard copies are also available via the front office.

If any member would like to raise a question at the AGM this will be possible at the end of the meeting.  To enable your questions to be properly addressed, please submit them to the Club Secretary at least two weeks before the AGM.

The General Committee hopes that as many members as possible will attend in person and enjoy a tea or coffee beforehand and a drink in the bar afterwards.
