Saturday 28th February - 11:00 & 14:00.
HIOWAA are offering free Defibrillator and CPR Skills for Life sessions to give you the confidence to help save a life. The sessions which will take place at the Royal Solent are delivered by a mix of air ambulance crew and Basic Life Support Instructor trained staff and volunteers. There will be 2 sessions starting at 11:00 and 14:00 with a maximum capacity of 50 per course.
