Social Events

Taittinger RSYC Regatta entrants are granted a number of complimentary tickets for the Taittinger Champagne Reception on Friday evening - 4 tickets for each Keelboat entry and 2 for each Dayboat entry. This is a sell-out event so be sure to specify the number you require in advance and please do not book more than you need!

A limited number of extra tickets are available for Regatta entrants to purchase in advance at £22 each - now sold out.

Please note that only small bags, such as handbags, may be taken into the Champagne Reception.

Please book all your meal requirements in advance to avoid disappointment – Friday and Saturday Suppers (£18), Saturday and Sunday Breakfasts to eat in or take-away (£7.50), as well as the Sunday afternoon Hog Roast (£8).

New for Saturday afternoon, freshly made pizzas cooked in a woodfired clay oven wth local ingredients will be available in the dinghy park from popular local supplier Wightwood Pizza. Plus they'll be live acoustic music on the lawn from Island bands Black Daniels and Tink Beadle....

The brilliant Towers Party takes place on Saturday night next door to the Club. Tickets are £20 for adults and £15 for children (aged 14 and under) and party goers will enjoy 3 bars, fireworks and live music, plus it's raising vital funds for Cure Parkinson’s. Unlike other Parkinson’s organisations that support people with the illness Cure Parkinson’s is conducting research to stop or even reverse the illness. Good progress is being made with those who have volunteered to trial treatment. The organisers of the Towers Party have set up a special JustGiving page for anyone who would like to make a donation to the fund raising effort:

The dress code for all the Taittinger RSYC Regatta social events is smart/casual. To view the Club's definition of smart casual, please click here.
